Is A Job in Manufacturing for You?

Manufacturing Staffing

While many jobs are on the rise, it might be time to start thinking about a post-secondary education in the form of manufacturing? Why manufacturing?

For many, IT or a career as an entrepreneur might be the sexy pick these days, but manufacturing jobs are actually on the rise. Despite the lore of machines taking manufacturers jobs, such jobs such as Project Project Manager and Quality Inspector are on the rise.

It is projected that by the U.S. Bureau of Labor and statistics that labor jobs will rise in 2021 to 2022, as more and more baby boomers continue to retire who were once manufacturers and these jobs will only continue to increase.

But these jobs no longer for the uneducated, many manufacturers are looking for degree oriented people to help maintain roles for their jobs from IT to Project Management and Human Resources.

Safe to say, Manufacturing is no longer an industry that’s just for the poor and lazy but a role that one should be proud to take.
